semver — Semantic Versioning on-chain

Demo of the p/moul/x/daily/semver library — a port of golang.org/x/mod/semver. Parse vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH[-prerelease][+build] and compare with SemVer 2.0.0 precedence.
