Public-good evidence template /

Copy this structure into your own project record. The template is a method, not a claim that a donation or activity has happened.

A. Purpose / 目标

• Problem and intended audience /
• Concrete deliverable and public access method /
• Date, scope and limits /

B. Action and cost /

• What was actually completed /
• Materials or source version /
• Fee actually charged /
• Storage deposit locked, separately stated /
• Other spending, purpose and receipt /

Do not publish personal financial documents or beneficiary identities. Aggregate results where possible, and keep consent records off chain.

C. Chain evidence /

• Chain ID and RPC / 链 ID 与节点：
• Transaction hash, block height and timestamp /
• Execution success or failure /
• Package path and source digest /
• Read-back check and activation status /

D. Outcome and uncertainty /

• Observable use or feedback, with consent /
• What the evidence does not establish /
• Correction procedure and next review date /

A transaction proves a recorded action, not the truth of an off-chain assertion. A content hash checks that bytes match, not that their claims are correct. A published learning resource is a deliverable; learning benefit requires separate evidence.

For corrections, publish an explicitly dated successor and link the earlier version. Preserve the distinction between original evidence and later interpretation.
